Troubleshooting

The media player, shown above, does not appear.

The media player requires Adobe Flash Player 8 or above, and requires Javascript to be enabled in your browser.
The Adobe Flash Player is available here (1.8MB).

Video playback stutters.

If you experience occasional "buffering" messages, click on the "Bandwidth Selection" button (shown above) and select Mid or Low quality.
Videos on these pages use realtime streaming, which can cause problems on slow connections (such as dialup). If you are experiencing constant stuttering on Low quality, contact Valvcon for a DVD, which includes all of these training videos.

The Chapter Select sidebar and Chapter Skip buttons are not appearing.

Chapters are only used in calibration videos. For other videos, you can skip to any point in the video by using the Fast Forward / Rewind buttons.
